I am thinking of buying solar panels of 10W including battery 7Ah SLA of my light.?
How to determine light / LED specifications (in watts, amps, volts, etc.) that are adapted for this system? yes John, I'm looking to determine the maximum power light for the system and wait for the light at least 4 hours daily
7 Ah x 12 V = 84 WH. Drain the battery below 50%, damaged, and for a long life, could go to only 20%, but let's assume 50%. WH 84 x 50% = 42 WH Running Time = 4 hours 42 wh / 4 h = 10.5 W maximum load that's a decent LED light. If the panel can recharge the battery every day depends on sunny conditions and if the panel is actually 10W or not.
